Raymond D. Neoh
Raymond is a pioneer in China and Singapore’s creative industries.
In 1996, Raymond introduced Germany’s Fraunhofer Institute’s cutting-edge computer graphics technology program to the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Two years later, Raymond established the Centre for Digital Media Technology (CDMT) in the City University of Hong Kong and succeeded in nurturing local animation talent.
In 2000, Raymond founded the Institute for Digital Media Technology (IDMT) in Shenzhen, Mainland China’s first professional computer
In 2009, Raymond founded the Institute for Digital Game Technology (IDGT), collaborating with NTU once more to establish a Master’s program in gaming and animation, funded by Workforce Singapore (formerly known as Singapore Workforce Development Agency).
