BLENDER TRIAL
Seminar

The first step into the 3D world "Blender Modeling and Animation Production” seminar

Krystal Institute and Nang Yan College are jointly organizing a series of DECT career courses, focusing on professional techniques, practical tips and spiritual insights, to enable those who are new to the field to acquire the know-how to take their professional skills to the next level.

At present, commonly-used 3D software in the market are either too simplistic, or licensed (ie. with cost). If you want a sufficiently functional and free software, Blender is the best choice.

In this seminar, we will introduce several areas of application for Blender, mainly through practical demonstrations. We will introduce the process of making Low-Polygon models, which are mainly used in game production. Another featured project is to use the sculpting function for making figurine models. Together with 3D printing technology, the ultimate goal is to enable you to produce your own figurines or model accessories.

Quota:30 participants

Length:1.25 hours

Language︰Activities, sharing and Q&A sessions will be conducted in Cantonese
